Christ the King
O God, by your grace, you have called us into partnership with you to build a community of
living faith, Hope+in+the+Desert Episcopal Church.  We are committed to build your
kingdom and to be an oasis of hope that invites all to know God's love.  By the power of
the Holy Spirit, continue to reveal to us your unfolding plan and give us the grace to see,
hear, and follow you.  We thank you for your abundant provision to fulfill your vision.  You
are our Provider, our Lord and our Savior; keep us faithful to proclaim your Holy Name and
keep us united in your purpose through our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray.

Angel Tree
Christmas is Approaching, and it's time again for our
outreach program for needy families.  This year, we're
working with Corrales Elementary School.  There are 5
needy families with 12 children who will each receive six
gifts.  Please select an angel from the tree in the entry hall,
wrap the gift, use the angel as the gift tag, and return it to
the Church by
Dec. 13 for delivery to the school that
week.  If you do not wish to take an angel from the tree,
you may donate to the Target gift card fund.  For more
information, contact
Bill or Maggie Fanning while at the
Church or at
